This process includes selling products and services to current and prospective clients, introducing new clients to TWS products and solutions that match their business needs. The CEUSAF further develops and implements his/her sales plans to achieve assigned quota/metrics objectives for existing accounts, increase in current client's volume and product line usage, and development of new clients. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Successful mining of new unassigned clients and sourcing new revenue opportunities within defined Air Force accounts ? Prepare proposals that result in building strong relationships that drive new revenue and open new markets to new federal prospective clients in accordance with company policies and procedures ? Monitor performance to resolve service issues inconsistent with operation and administrative policies and procedures, and provide timely response to clients ? Understand TWS's customer's business and service requirements in order to develop a "Custom" TWS solution that meet or exceed sales, marketing and customer satisfaction objectives ? Work within a team that consists of Business Development and Program Management teams within your corresponding territories ? Attend staff meetings on weekly basis and participate in vendor training sessions ? Perform other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ? Ideal candidate has a recent proven track record of winning new business within the Federal community ? Have deep domain knowledge of Air Force Accounts ? BS/BA degree or equivalent highly desired ? Solid understanding and successful history deploying a high activity-based model ? Strong time management and multi-tasking skills ? Other relevant experience in the public space such as capture management and business development may substitute some of these required skills ? A certain degree of flexibility and creativity is desired Minimum Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales, within the public sector space, specifically with a focus on the identified accounts. Clearance Required: Active DOD issued Secret Clearance required; TS highly desired Work Environment: Typical Office setting.
