If you are a Mortgage Processor - Remote! with experience, please read on!What You Will Be DoingOrder, review and process the necessary information to complete a mortgage loan fileEnsures the quality and compliance of work with all regulatory and investor guidelinesConducts daily review and follow-up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items; gather necessary documentation as needed.Calculates income, reviews assets and liabilities.Implement new investor processing guidelinesReview and clear loan conditions for compliance with underwriting requirements.Maintain an accurate pipeline.Updates all parties on the loan status and any additional requirement for the loan fileReviews all disclosures for completeness and compliance.Coordinate closing with clients, lender, closer and end investors as necessaryParticipate in all required training sessions to increase knowledge and ensure complianceWhat You Need for this PositionProficiency with Encompass softwareKnowledge of Freddie Mac and FNMA policies and guidelines.Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.Experience processing CONV/FHA/USDA/VA loans (C-Perm experience a plus)* experience with Condo LoansExperience submitting files to DU and LPKnow how to calculate all different income types- salaried, OT/Bonus/Commission, SE and rental; residualExcellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.Efficiently analyze assets- know what kind of supporting documentation is needed to document transfers; gifts; 401k loans; etc all for cash to close and reservesExperience in redisclosing/valid change of circumstance (ie what kind of change constitutes an updated LE sent to borrower)Able to carry a rolling pipeline of 40-50 loansEducational And Experience RequirementsStrong computer skills and experience with automated underwriting systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent3- 5 years of mortgage loan processing experienceSo, if you are a Mortgage Processor - Remote! with experience, please apply today!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
