Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Washington DC office--for an Architectural Job Captain! Architectural Job Captains assist the Project Manager by leading the coordination of--consultants and internal resources for--each phase of the project (site planning, conceptual, SD, DD, CD, CA) .--You will also provide Revit support, maintain project drawings, provide--construction services, code research and--assist with--project schedules, budgets and submittals. Architectural Job Captain Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
  • Experience working on industrial or commercial projects strongly preferred--
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
  • Knowledge of Newforma
  • Knowledge of building codes
