Our client, a professional scientific association located in Washington, DC is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to join their team! The role is temporary for at least 6 months with a strong possibility of going permanent.About You:* Bachelor's degree is required.* 1+ years of customer service or membership experience is required.* Knowledge with a membership databases is preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.* Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.* Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.The Job:* Provide excellent customer service to members and assist with inquiries via email, live chat, and inbound/outbound phone calls.* Assist members with troubleshooting technical member service issues.* Input all customer and member subscriptions and payments into database.* Represent organization at events as needed.* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.This is a great opportunity that pays $15/hour during the temporary period and would convert to a permanent salary range of $40K-$45K.
