IBM Associate Partner, AIOps in Washington , District Of Columbia Introduction As an Associate Partner, AIOps you will support IBM (Global Business Services) GBS is looking for an energetic, results-oriented AIOps Leader to integrate IBMs considerable AI, AIOps and Automation assets and services capability into a market leading AIOps offerings platform. This role will create new AI and AIOps market opportunities and experiences for our clients leveraging IBM Industry teams and their deep industry knowledge, coupled with the candidate ability to identify new innovation opportunities for our automation Unit. This person will be able to bring technology and business together for the customer to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead the design of an AIOps offering and development / execution of AIOps offering business plans; responsible for offerings commercial success Determine AIOps POV on "where to play" and "how to win" in EA and Managed Services Market Segments Develop end-to-end business plan for the AIOps offering; set detailed direction and priorities across disciplines and monitor follow through Deliver financial results for the AIOps offering Define user value proposition and experience roadmap; lead design of differentiated offering and customer experience Manage AIOps offering(s) in market and respond to market feedback / changes Required Technical and Professional Expertise 10+ years of proven successful technology leadership experience Recognized expert in AI and AIOps concepts, technologies and platforms Offering, solution or product management experience Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing a large matrix environment Comfortable navigating complex enterprise policies and organizations, and differing agendas Solid understanding of innovation, automation and alliances and how they can create value for our business, and our clients Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results Technologically savvy and familiar with one or more of: IT and process automation, RPA, artificial intelligence, machine learning Detail oriented and highly skilled in staying focused amid complex situations Independent thinker with the ability to ideate in unconventional ways Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
