As CNSI continues to grow and expand business operations, the
Instructional Design and Training Specialist, Principal will have a
lead role in working with program leaders and functional/technical
SMEs to develop a comprehensive onboarding and training program(s)
that prepare employees to perform successfully in new program and
What You Will Do:
* Design, develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding,
assimilation and technical training program. This follows the Day 1
CNSI Orientation Program and will provide 30-60-90-day solutions
that include the applicable business, product and technical
training needed based on functional role and program assignment.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Consult and work closely with program leadership and
functional/technical SMEs to identify target audience's training
needs, develop program content (Electronic and Classroom), create
engaging learning activities, and compelling course content at an
