CNSI transforms and modernizes the delivery of public sector healthcare through cloud-based enterprise systems, mobile applications, predictive analytics, situational surveillance, and centralized real-time processing.

As CNSI continues to grow and expand business operations, the Instructional Design and Training Specialist, Principal will have a lead role in working with program leaders and functional/technical SMEs to develop a comprehensive onboarding and training program(s) that prepare employees to perform successfully in new program and product assignments.

What You Will Do:

* Design, develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding, assimilation and technical training program. This follows the Day 1 CNSI Orientation Program and will provide 30-60-90-day solutions that include the applicable business, product and technical training needed based on functional role and program assignment. Additional responsibilities include:

* Consult and work closely with program leadership and functional/technical SMEs to identify target audience's training needs, develop program content (Electronic and Classroom), create engaging learning activities, and compelling course content at an enterprise level.

* Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.

* State instructional end goals and create content that meets objectives.

* Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts, as well as best practices and industry trends.

* Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

* Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, etc.)

* Decide on the criteria used to evaluate learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.

* Deliver and facilitate training and onboarding programs to include workshops, coaching, presentations, group discussions and leadership forums delivered via all types of modalities, including face-to-face and web conferencing.

* Maintain program documentation and course information.

* Support the HR Team on broader leadership, learning and organizational initiatives.
