HealthCare Staffing is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.. Accomplishes business line objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and result measurements and implementing those plans to achieve desired results. Allocates resources fluidly to address the highest priorities to optimize gain. Results/accomplishments will be measured by your ability to grow the HCS business. Quantitative measures used to assess performance include the level of increased HCS revenue, new accounts/Clients implemented, and number of accounts renewed. Regularly reviews and assesses progress in a disciplined manner, making mid-course corrections quickly to minimize step-backs.. Works with current customers to deepen and expand their partnership with HCS. Builds and continually upgrades HCS sales strategies, and tactics to capture additional market share. Primary focus is securing new on-site clients and/or accounts.. Develops and negotiates the contractual agreements between HCS and its current customers. Works with the assigned Regional Managers and staff to ensure they understand and adhere to the stated goals and contract terms.. Conducts effective quarterly business reviews to help customers understand the value HCS is providing and to uncover additional opportunities and gaps where HCS can help its customers to be more successful.. Must be outgoing and personable, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods for lead generation.. Skills. Self-motivated self-starter: displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Skilled communicator: delivers well-received messages in both one-on-one and group settings. Performance achiever: accountable to meeting annual performance sales quotas. Internal partner: skilled at building collaborative internal relationships to drive total solutions for clients. Productivity expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, and handles multiple tasks simultaneously. Technologically inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft Office and customer database tools, such as Workday. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of related business to business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of building a new book of business; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.. Willingness and ability to travel is required.. Previous direct and outside sales experience within a staffing organization is highly desirable.. You must also have a car, a valid driver license and car insurance.. INDA.
