MAXIMUS Federal - (TSS) group is looking for an Infrastructure Solutions Architect with broad experience architecting, developing and implementing Federal Agency Data center infrastructure solutions in the federal sector and being able to lead and support solution response development including detailed technical articulation of engineered solutions. The role will include developing and owning the infrastructure (LAN WAN desktops Network Engineering) solution development providing subject matter expertise including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects andor pilots. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers to drive core Infrastructure solutions and Datacenter migrations. Role further includes research and proposal development, developing relevant vendor partnerships, hands-on solution engineering, resource management, and leading solution response for large opportunities and re-competes. Experience developing, and managing Cloud On-premise Infrastructure Solutions for large proposals with previous working experience across AWS Azure GCP Clouds and Java J2EE, .net technology platforms. Ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience architecting solutions. Knowledge of current and emerging trends such as Software defined networking in the technology landscape. The individual must also possess knowledge of ITSM, Service Delivery and ITIL. He She will Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community Job Duties Understand customers' overall infrastructure estate, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and solutions (Private VMWare based Cloud AWS Microsoft Azure GCP and 3rd party solutions) Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources and infusing key infrastructure technologies (e.g. Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking) Providing solution engineering and detailed technical writing for proposals to include Request for Information (RFI)Sources Sought to Pre-RFP (Request for Proposal) through the Request for Proposal (RFP) until final delivery to federal agencies. Conceptualize at a high level review and integrate impactful, visually appealing, informative technical graphics and illustrations (such as charts, process flows, and screenshots). Review and analyze Solicitations and related documents Assist in the development of high quality, proposal content by assembling and integrating information including project nature, objectivesoutcomesdeliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation Assist in making sections developed are compliant with solicitation requirements and incorporate strategies, win themes, and discriminators identified by ProposalCapture Manager Interacts with Proposal Manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Teaming Partner members to obtain content necessary to draft compelling proposal sections Additional responsibilities include Analyze the technical requirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Sources Sought Notices (SSNs), and other client Evaluate technical sections - text, layout, graphics, etc. - for storytelling quality, consistency, coherence, clarity, and compliance with technical requirements and for alignment with solutions and themes. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required Masters in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience developing, and managing Cloud On-premise Infrastructure Solutions for large proposals with previous working experience across AWS Azure GCP Clouds and Java J2EE Knowledge of Public and Private cloud based infrastructure solutions Experienced in the implementation of FISMA, RMF, and other related NIST-based processes Recent hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure technologies based solutions including leading a team of infrastructure SMEs Proven experience communicating with non-technical business personnel and ability to interact and work in a team environment. 5+ years of recent experience directly guiding and mentoring security SMEs and providing management of program infrastructure tasks Should have 5+ years of experience using Agile development methodology, and working experience in a DevOps environment is highly desired Professional implementation experience should include both project management and solution architecture tasks to include designing, implementing and improving business processes Strong have demonstrated skills with analytical problem solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills to senior management both internal and external including SMEs Additional Requirements as per contractclient Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
