Job Description Job Description Industrial Painter Pay: $20-25/hr Shift: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm) Description: Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Painter to a manufacturing facility for the steel tanks and steel enclosures department. Requirements: 1 years of experience with Industrial Painting in a manufacturing environment Read, comprehend, and follow written, standardized work instructions and trained procedures such as blueprints and SOP Work cooperatively with others in a team environment Ability to reach a tape measure Ability to move or transfer products with a hoist or overhead crane Ability to work independently without daily supervision Work overtime as/if needed Job Duties: Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork Demonstrates working knowledge of tools, equipment/materials, safe work habits and the proper care for tools and equipment Able to mix and identify paints Prepare surfaces by filling cracks, holes, joins with caulk or other fillers Be quality oriented and familiar with quality processes for painting including mil thickness and measurement methods Benefits: Heath / Dental / Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Short-term and Long-term Disability 401k with company match (40% of the dollar up to the first 6%) Accident and Critical Illness options Health Savings Account Employee Assistance Program PTO 9 paid Holidays
