Warehouse Floor Coordinator Location: Elizabethtown, PA Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Floor Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on inventory accuracy, product presentation, and teamwork. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow direction, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and organization standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lift, turn, and stand for the entire shift without physical limitations Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Operate a small forklift to unload palletized shipments (training provided; willingness required) Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming shipments Accurately complete damage reports for shipment discrepancies or damages Maintain high accuracy in inventory counts and tracking Use handheld inventory systems and computer software to maintain records Restock products, face-front, and refresh merchandise throughout the warehouse floor Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment Communicate clearly with management and team members; report issues promptly Anticipate next tasks and manage time efficiently Follow daily task lists, read emails, and report completed tasks to management Work independently with minimal supervision Assist with customer checkout by running the register when requested Maintain professional appearance suitable for direct customer interaction Clean bathrooms on a rotating schedule shared with staff Workplace Expectations & Requirements Must be fit and ready for duty daily Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM No open-toed shoes (safety requirement) Personal cell phone use is not permitted during working hours Ability to follow direction, work at a fast pace, and meet productivity expectations Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Comfortable asking questions and communicating needs or concerns Preferred Skills Prior warehouse or inventory experience Forklift experience (not required, but a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and comfort using digital inventory tools Why Join Us?
