Job Description:
As a Shared-Ride Transportation PACE Driver at SilverRide, you
will be instrumental in assisting our senior citizen clients by
providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services.
Our aim is not only to help them reach their destinations such as
medical appointments, social events, or personal errands but also
to ensure a supportive and caring transit experience. As part of
our dedicated team, you'll play a key role in enhancing their
independence and mobility while maintaining the highest standards
of safety and customer service. Safely transport clients to and
from various appointments and events, adhering to all traffic laws.
Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle and escort
them to and from the vehicle when necessary. Maintain courteous and
professional interactions, ensuring a positive and supportive
experience for all clients. Schedule and plan routes efficiently to
ensure timely service. Conduct vehicle safety inspections and
maintain cleanliness of the vehicle. Handle any emergency
situations with composure and in accordance with company
guidelines. Strong driving and navigational skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle
emergencies calmly and effectively Physical ability to assist
clients, including supporting mobility-impaired individuals Valid
driver's license with a clean driving record CPR and First Aid
certifications preferred
