Job Description Job Description Am Law top 100 firm which is popular for its high-profile financial services is seeking a highly qualified associate to join their Financial Services group. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience working with registered investment companies. Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act required. Experience with exchange-traded funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisers, and/or commodities work is a plus. Large law firm, in-house or regulatory agency experience preferred
