Actively interviewing - APPLY NOW URGENT HIRE : Mid-Level Corporate Transactions Attorney Location : Fairfax, VA | Type : Full-Time | Salary : $145K–$200K (DOE) We’re partnering with a prominent law firm in Tysons Corner, VA that’s seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4–6 years of experience . Position Summary Join a collaborative team where you’ll lead complex corporate transactions, advise high-growth clients, and manage deals from term sheet to closing. This role is ideal for a deal-oriented attorney who enjoys fast-paced work and meaningful client interaction. Key Responsibilities Manage M&A transactions from due diligence through closing Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, and compliance Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor/customer agreements, and MSAs Assist with private company financings , including venture capital and private equity Support day-to-day business operations and provide general corporate counsel Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and professionals across departments ? Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Member in good standing of the Virginia Bar 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or in-house setting Strong experience with contract drafting, M&A, and private financings Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment Proactive, team-oriented, and client-service focused This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level attorney who wants to do meaningful work, gain hands-on experience with deals, and grow in a dynamic, well-respected practice.
