SummaryThe Multifamily Housing Practice Group represents lenders active in the multifamily housing industry, closing loans secured by multifamily projects and delivering those loans to secondary market investors. The Multifamily Housing Legal Practice Assistant will report to the Human Resources Manager and is primarily responsible for providing secretarial/administrative support to attorneys in the Multifamily Housing Practice Group.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Draft and revise complex loan documents and prepare required signature pages in accordance with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and client requirements.
• Complete revisions for complex loan documents for loan transactions, following detailed and precise instructions provided by the attorneys and appropriate lenders.
• Prepare black line document comparisons to identify revisions.
• Assist with maintaining Multifamily Housing attorney deal tracking spreadsheets.

  Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and self-motivation to be proactive and independent to anticipate attorneys' needs and meet mandatory deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and deadline driven work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat is required. Experience with Hot-Docs and Intapp are preferred.
  • Must be dependable and have flexibility to work frequent overtime.
  • 
    Education And/or Experience
    • Requires three to five years of legal and/or real estate experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
