Job Description:
Are you a junior employment attorney? Would you like to work
with a top mid-sized firm? If so, R & W Group has a great new
opportunity! One of our favorite law firm clients in suburban
Maryland (near DC) is looking for an attorney with 2-4 years of
experience to work on employment related matters. You should have
experience handling a mix of employer-side counseling, compliance,
and litigation matters. The firm's employment attorneys place
clients ahead of the curve through training, policy development,
and counseling on best employment practices in light of local,
state, and national employment law developments and trends. In
addition, you would defend employers in claims of alleged
discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other
employment claims. The firm has a strong commitment to
understanding the client's business and hiring needs and reputation
so the firm can contribute to their success and well-being.
Associate attorneys frequently work directly with clients helping
