** This position may be performed remotely ** What you'll bring to
the job: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, required;
Master's degree, highly desired. Expert hands on knowledge of the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity and security models and
web services. Expertise in architecting and building Microsoft
Dynamics 365 configurations that include plug-ins, workflow
assemblies, custom business logic, forms, views, dashboards. At
least 2+ years of hands on experience designing, building and
supporting the CRM API and RESTful APIs using data formats like
JSON. Experience with C# and ASP.net. Prior experience with data
modeling, storage and writing complex queries for relational
databases such as SQL Server. Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS.
Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform. An understanding of the
full SDLC, including build automation, version control, automated
testing and release automation. Ability to deliver software using
Lean Agile software development philosophy and practices.
Experience using software such as Jira to execute agile development
methodologies. Experience using version control software such (e.g.
preferred. Experience with Azure data platform technologies (e.g.
Data Blob, Databricks), preferred. Experience using CI/CD tools
(e.g. Azure DevOps). Ability to serve Machine Learning models in a
CRM, preferred. What you'll own: Manage and iteratively enhance our
cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support our business
objectives with a focus on efficiency, stability and innovation.
Maintain existing, and create new, plugins, workflows, entities,
forms and views in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrations with
websites. Improve existing CRM functionality with Machine Learning
powered CRM features. Develop and maintain web services and end
point integrations. Help train internal team members to fully
leverage our CRM capabilities. What you'll do well: Have a Growth
