transformation. We are hiring a Strategy Director, AI to drive this
Go-to-Market shift. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you
will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our AI
capabilities, working directly with the C-suite of our customers to
identify and deploy high-value use cases. You will bridge the gap
between technical innovation and sales execution, ensuring our
customers understand and adopt our AI vision and help craft
Celigo’s AI strategy What would you do if hired? • Drive AI GTM
Strategy: Partner with the CSO to define and execute the GTM motion
for Celigo’s AI portfolio, specifically focusing on the shift to
Agentic workflows. • Customer Advisory & Sales Support: Act as a
subject matter expert in sales cycles. Engage with customer CIOs
and CDOs to diagnose business challenges and prescribe AI-driven
automation solutions. • Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent
Celigo at industry conferences and events. Deliver keynotes and
produce white papers that validate Celigo’s position in the AI
ecosystem. • Use Case Definition: Translate abstract AI trends
(LLMs, RAG, Agents) into concrete business use cases for customers.
Help them visualize the ROI of moving from static integrations to
autonomous agents. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead
cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Marketing
to align internal teams on specific AI business outcomes. • Demo
Development: Conceptualize and work with Celigo’s technical team to
build demos to illustrate complex AI use cases during customer
meetings. Who are we looking for? Skills & Abilities • Deep
understanding of the current AI landscape, including LLMs, Agentic
workflows, and automation trends. You understand the architecture,
not just the buzzwords. • Proven ability to command a room of
executives. You have a track record of public speaking, presenting
to C-level stakeholders, and evangelizing complex technology. •
Ability to operate at a high strategic level with the CSO while
diving into deal-level tactics with the sales team. Education &
Experience • At least 5 years of post-MBA experience in management
consulting (digital transformation practice) or corporate strategy
within the technology sector. • Demonstrated experience scoping and
driving digital transformation projects that delivered measurable
business outcomes. • Strong architectural understanding of
enterprise tech stacks (ERP, CRM, Data). Coding is not required,
but the ability to craft AI-driven demos is highly preferred. •
Experience navigating partnerships with major AI vendors (OpenAI,
Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, etc.). Celigo reasonably expects to pay
a base salary between $200,000 and $220,000 per year for this
position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills,
experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory
factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include
variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any
