• Design and develop advanced automated design flows for 3D-IC, IC Packaging, and PCB applications
• Develop cutting-edge placement and power solutions, focusing on advanced manufacturing technologies and automation
• Apply knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative automated design technologies
• Provide technical leadership on project areas, including software engineering practices
• Collaborate on architecture and design decisions
• Incorporate machine learning elements into software system design for product enhancement
• Plan, develop, test, and maintain key software features, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with R&D teams, cross-functional teams, and customers to keep development on track
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and customer issuesPosition Requirements:

• MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience OR PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in C/C++
