As the sole UI/UX expert in the business unit, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences for our products.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the entire UI/UX design process, from research to wireframes to final designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, applications engineers, customers) to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Work independently to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables while meeting project deadlines.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback.Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and high-quality UI design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without extensive oversight.Nice-to-Haves:
    • Familiarity with machine learning/AI development and deployment pipeline.
