Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server, React JS, SQL, Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Full-stack development using .NET, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Docker.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Implement best practices for software development and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Document software designs and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:
• 10 to 12 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Docker.
• Possess strong experience in SQL Server, React JS, SQL, Azure, JavaScript, and .Net Framework.
• Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Optional/Desired experience:
• SQL Server, Kubernetes, Java, SOLR.
• Experience working with Open-Source systems is a plus.Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until March 4th, 2025.The annual salary for this position is between $70,950 - $105,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
