Key Responsibilities:

Legacy System Analysis & Development:
Identify and document embedded business rules and logic for knowledge transfer and system modernization.
Identity the batch programs and interfaces to and from the system and the associated business rules and input and output formats and data mapping


ERP Migration Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map legacy system functionalities to modern ERP platforms.
Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for seamless migration to cloud-based ERP systems.


Technical Leadership:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
Lead code reviews, testing, and debugging sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.


Documentation & Compliance:Create comprehensive documentation of system architectures, workflows, and business processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during development and migration activities.
Candidates comfortable with data conversion/migration projects are preferred.
Knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks used in ERP systems.
