Job Description:

Modis has a Production Support position in McLean, VA. You will be responsible for analyzing production bugs and errors in .Net and ETL applications.
 
Responsibilitites:
• Create, track, debug and resolve Production issues and failures.
• Execute, review and debug Autosys Jobs/JILs.
• Provide Support for all Production applications and processes.
• Required to follow established process and procedures to ensure adherence to Change Management controls.
• Be available for on rotation on-call support on a 24/7 basis.
• Report on Production Incidents and changes on a regular basis.
• Ensure all production Incident tickets and Change Tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
• Work with Data Analyst, Development, and Test teams to address issues outside the scope of Production fixes.
 
Experience:

• 
  

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field with 3-5 years of experience
• MS SQL Server required
• Remedy ticketing System required
• Clear Case/Clear Quest required
• Application Support/Production Support required
• Autosys a plus
• ETL Tools and.Net a plus
• CI tools such as GitHub, Jenkins a plus
• Scripting languages such as Perl/Python a plus
