• 4+ yrs of Software Engineering experience
• Currently, programming daily with C++ and/or Java for Sensor Fusion & Tracking purposes
• A great understanding of mathematical algorithms (i.e. kalman filter, particle filter, data association, data fusion, multi-hypothesis tracking, MHT, computational physics, numeric simulation, PMBM, Poisson multi-bernoulli mixture, multi-target tracking, state estimation, eigen, stone soup)
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldNice-to-Have:

    • Competitive compensation with comprehensive health benefitsJob DetailsWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Software Engineer who understands the difference between multi-hypothesis and PMBM trackers and who will code multi-object trackers in C++ or Java in a boots-on-the-ground sort of way.Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and optimize advanced algorithms in a real-time-time environment.2. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative tracking and fusion solutions.3. Develop robust software for for sensor fusion, data association, and multi-hypothesis tracking.4. Implement and improve algorithms for tracking and fusion by using using computational physics and numeric numeric simulation.5. Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling to improve improve system performance.6. Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.7. Collaborate with other other engineers to design, develop, and test from concept through through to production.8. Ensure the highest level of commitment to quality, performance, and efficiency in all products.9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.Must have:
