Job Description:ECS Federal is currently seeking to fill a full-time Low Code/No Code Power Platform Developer role. ECS is seeking enthusiastic candidates with Microsoft Power Platform experience to support Federal customers with requirements to introduce automation into their business operations. We will consider candidates with software development experience that is not inclusive of Power Platform. This role is remote; however, the government may request in-person support to attend meetings at the CDC offices located in Atlanta, GA.In this role, you will provide automation and basic database development support services to the portfolio of programs and projects. Solutions should be simple and easy to maintain. Tasks may include:Support development solutions that address a wide range of business needs including workflows, forms, document management, business reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.Work with data from a variety of sources and interpret the data to provide meaningful reports that supports the customer's day to day business.Interpreting and identifying new program requirements.Informing change management strategies and communication planning for CDC stakeholders, as appropriate.Required Skills:No less than one year of development experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI).Experience implementing Power Platform solutions in SharePoint and Teams.Experience developing dashboards and site pages with a variety of data sources.Good communication skills to support the capturing of requirements and articulating an understanding of business processes.Experience with Office 365 products like Exchange, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to successfully work on multiple projects concurrently (e.g. prioritize work as needed, work with multiple teams and stakeholder groups, etc.)Support the development of test procedures and negative testing to ensure security of data.Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).Strong attention to detail.Ability to interact with senior level executives.Ability to travel to CDC offices in Atlanta, GA as requested by the client.Bachelor's Degree and no less than one year of work experience.
