Savantage Solutions is seeking a Lead SAP Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will perform direct user support to SAP portfolio programs at various stages in their lifecycle.Duties and Responsibilities:Process harmonization and standardization within the respective business domainIdentifying operational difficulties that users face in daily operations.Documenting, supervising, and monitoring details of AS-IS business processes.Reviewing TO BE business process documentation and identifying gapsApproving TO BE business process documentationEfficacy of final business process design once approved.Ensuring that the processes being implemented are in line with the company's operations and do not affect other departments' operations.Liaising between users and the implementation teamIdentifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely mannerFacilitating change management within their team and answering queries/alleviating fearsForeseeing future hurdles and preparing a mitigation strategySuccessful implementation of SAP with acceptability across all hierarchies.Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:The candidate must have:Secret Clearance The ideal candidate will have the following.10 or more years of overall experience with SAP software financial modules in use at large and complex organizations, spanning development through deployment.Familiarity with DOD software acquisition Lifecycle processes, artifacts, and milestonesStrong oral and written communication - able to brief/discuss with Senior management and develop artifacts.Managed teams as well as being part of a large team.Able to work independently and with a team - contractors and government.Experienced with MS Office applications and toolsEducation and Certification Master's degree.The ideal candidate must have one of:Project Management Professional (PMP)Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework Certification(s) and SAP Certification:One of the following SAP Certifications is required:SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence (BI)SAP Basis AdministrationSAP NetWeaverSAP ERPSAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)SAP Web Application Server (WebAS) PlatformSAP Solution ManagerSAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRCCorporate Summary: Savantage Solutions provides a wide range of consulting, systems integration, and financial and project management support to federal and DoD agencies.
