Job Description:
Vibrent Health is seeking an IT Project Manager for our
Enterprise Project Management Office Team. This team is responsible
for project management, coordination and leadership of a new
Research Program Initiative. The IT Project Manager will manage all
phases of the initiative including ensuring that detailed
requirements are documented, ensuring all functional teams are
staffed and on schedule for delivery, managing issues and risks,
developing an overall initiative project milestones and
deliverables plan, and owning and maintaining an initiative-wide
project schedule and roadmap using our Atlassian Jira and
Confluence tools.This is a contract role for a team member who will
work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.Vibrent is a remote-first
organization. You will be equipped to work from a home or other
remote office on this fully 100% remote team.Third party vendors:

- Manage, coordinate and report on the overall status, schedules,
progress, dependencies, risks,and issues from various functional
and delivery teams
- Manage all phases of the project including ensuring that
detailed requirements are gathered, and the project scope is
clearly documented, including project planning, and documentation
reporting.
- Maintain an effective system to formally document and track the
status of all project activities from various teams and to be able
to effectively communicate to stakeholders and management using our
Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools.
- Closely coordinate with functional team leads to ensure the
needed Epics and Stories are developed in their respective Jira
projects
- Develop and maintain an overall Initiative Roadmap using Jira
Advance Roadmap
- Manage and maintain Jira Kanban board and issues in Jira
software and ensure linked issues and tickets are performed that
are assigned to other teams and other Jira projects
- Coordinate with other functional teams on deployment and
release schedules in the lower and production environments
- Maintain and ensure project documentation such as business,
functional, non-functional and technical requirements are
consistently maintained by the document owners and teams in
Atlassian Confluence.
- Facilitate and lead individual project status meetings with
functional team leads and other project managers
- Facilitate and lead project executive status calls with senior
stakeholders
- Maintain, manage and facilitate weekly Risks and Issues call
with functional team leads and/or senior stakeholders
- Orchestrate the activities, deliverables and schedules needed
to achieve the overall goal of delivering a new Program initiative
by the end of 2023Key Qualifications
- Project Management Institute's (PMI) PMP certification highly
desired
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification highly desired
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management leadership and
coordination experience involving multiple cross-functional teams
and processes is a must
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on as a Project Manager or Scrum
Master role experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Cloud is
highly desired
- Organized with attention to detail specifically to all the
moving parts of the project
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving
skills and provide alternatives and solutions to risks, issues and
roadblocks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to all levels
of the organization and specifically during project team and
stakeholder status calls
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and
planning and applying best practices when needed in order to move
the project forward, mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and
practices and functional areas and its dependencies and
challenges
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a
range of general and specialized applications, software, and
hardware used in the organization and the industry such as Office
365 and Google tools in order to perform project management
tasks
- Must be able to produce accurate timekeeping records with
