Web UX DesignerKey Role:Design and develop custom, responsive
websites, and applications with a strong emphasis on usability and
industry best practices. Take direction from clients and project
managers to translate business strategies into impactful, creative
solutions. Work closely with clients to better understand user
needs, goals, and deliverables. Use consulting methodologies to
identify meaningful solutions to complex challenges. Work closely
with a multidisciplinary team to assist in different design and
web-based tasks based on project requirements. Bring fresh ideas,
new technologies, and inspiration to your team and clients. Due to
the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship
is required.Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design or web development
- Knowledge of wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design,
or front-end development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and web development
sprints
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
- Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
- Experience with AJAX, ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and XML a plus
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Possession of excellent time management, problem-solving,
organization, process focused, and continuous improvement

determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual's particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to
$149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.Work ModelOur
