HOW JAVA DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Working with Amazon Web Services environments to include S3, in order to design, develop, deploy, maintain, and monitor web applications within AWS infrastructures
• Programming in Java and/or JavaScript
• Designing and writing RESTful applications
• Debugging existing software and correct defects
• Making recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
• Collaborating with staff, IT customers, and other technical and non- technical staff and contractors at all levels.
  
  WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Java programming experience in a Cloud environment such as AWS
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI/Polygraph
  • Preferred Skills: Experience working with REST APIs
