involves leveraging our analytics models, tools and data assets to
generate actionable insights for our clients. The Technical Manager
is responsible for understanding the needs of clients, developing
pilots/POCs, solutions and products to address business needs.
Technical manager with hands-on software development experience to
design, develop scalable and configurable web applications is ideal
for the role.What You Will Do:
- This position works closely with clients and consulting teams
to set the direction for development team and deliver solutions to
have a great client impact.
- Drive technical strategy and road map for solutions platform -
setting clear goals for development team by partnering with SMEs,
consulting teams and clients
- Understand the business needs, estimate budget, effort and come
up with creative solutions to cater varying needs of business by
developing highly configurable products and solutions; Identify
differentiators and opportunities for our products and
solutions
- Gather and prioritize requirements, manage scope and backlog,
build project plans, obtain approvals and complete delivery of
products/solutions leveraging excellent communication and
collaboration techniques.
- Identify metrics and success criteria that product and solution
team members should be tracking, to help ensure transparency and
visibility to program success and opportunities for
improvement
- Requesting analyses to inform backlogs and product
roadmaps
- Responsible for iterative development ensuring quality and
reliability of the products and solutions
- Educating stakeholders on technical options, risks and help
guide them to make sound decisions
- Championing product and solutions development team, helping
pre-sales team with demosWhat You Will Need:
- Bachelors or masters degree in STEM, IT and Analytics 5 to 7
years of application development experience with end to end
application design, development and delivery experience
- Significant experience building dynamic and secure web
applications and APIs using .Net/MVC, React, Angular, Node.JS, BI
tools and Azure Active Directory/LDAP.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills to answer
questions on feasibility, timelines with energy & enthusiasm for
solving unknowns
- Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic
environment using technical and quantitative capabilities
- Adaptability as both an effective team member and manager -
through initiative and flexibility in team goal orientation,
superior project management, time management and organizational
skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat Would Be
Nice To Have:
- Experience with statistical software (SAS, R), BI/ Analytics
(Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire) platforms, project management
tools(TFS, Jira) and SQL is preferred.
- Experience with responding to RFPs, IT and/or management
consulting.Additional Requirements:
- The successful candidate must not be subject to employment

- Compensation for this role is 100-135K but may vary based on
