Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities would
include:
Develops and maintains software applications in a Salesforce
environment, using Apex, LWC, Javascript, and Flow Builder for both
consumer and back-end applications
Analyses company processes, designs Salesforce CRM workflows and
provides custom solutions for specific business requirements.
Translate business vision into Salesforce CRM platform
solutions
Translate architectural standards into application-level design
Craft innovative solutions to real-world business problems
Delivers modern, testable, and maintainable code
Develops real-time integrations to tie together a growing variety
of systems
Coordinates with team members to address and resolve issues
Creates documentation that outlines new and moderately complex
processes
Contributes to team planning, tracking, and work visualization
Contributes to testing and code reviews
Implements the overall system design
Optimizes performance of existing implementations
Exhibits awareness of user experience standards
Holds responsibility for demonstrating appropriate, clear, concise,
and effective written and oral communications in all interactions
to build relationships and accomplish day-to-day work and
projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA and 7+ years of relevant work experience -OR-
MS/MA and 5+ years of relevant work experience -OR-
PhD with 3+ year of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce
Developer
Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Certified
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com functions/modules: Sales
Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Cloud Web Services and Cloud Platforms (such as
Microsoft Azure)
Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically
scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development best
practices.
Experience with source control systems, including git repositories,
visual studio code, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, DX, and development
methodology
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via RESTful
API and micro services development along with Salesforce API
integration
Experience with complex development environments, taking abstract
concepts and ideas, and formulating a detailed software
deliverable
Experience with large scale system implementation, integration,
interfaces, and data conversion
Ability to design and develop complex solutions that meet
requirements and timeline
Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Object Oriented Programming
Database development experience and ability to pinpoint and
optimize expensive transactions
Knowledge quality testing procedures/methodologies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with dynamic
priorities and working with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end
user security requirements
Experience with IPfolio
