AEYON POSITION TITLE: RPA Senior Developer
LOCATION: Vienna, VA
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are actively seeking candidates for RPA Senior Developer to support our rapidly growing Robotic Operating Center of Excellence (ROCoE) which has a mission to deliver leading-edge Intelligent Automation & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solutions for Federal clients in the Defense and Civilian Sectors. Ideal candidates will have experience designing and building RPA solutions according to client specifications and mentoring cross-functional development teams. We work primarily with UiPath and Power Automate RPA tools, but experience working with other automation tools will also be considered.
Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

  Establishing a knowledge base of best practices & lessons learned

  Leading code review meetings and provided roadmaps for developers

  Assisting processes testers and facilitating the data collection process
  
  
• 
  Ability to communicate effectively with client leadership
  
  
• 
  Navigating federal IT and administrative systems and existing architecture
  
  
• 
  Leading agile software development teams
  
  
• 
  Integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into automated solutions
  
  
• 
  Training junior developers on RPA coding techniques and implementing best practices
  
  
  CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
  EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree
  EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of experience up to 10 years in software programming using RPA technologies, C#, VB, .NET, and/or Java
  Desired Skills: Experience working with other automation tools will also be considered (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Appian, Pega, etc.)

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation.
