Position: -We're looking multiple -Database Administrators -with varying levels of experience to support a large government contract with the Veterans Affairs supporting the Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Responsibilities:

• Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases
• Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management
• Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance
• Identifies, defines, and assesses the properties and specifications necessary for the database management system (DBMS) to meet current and future needs of the organization
• Defines a logical database structure for application development based on the organizational structure of the company
• Defines and executes procedures for testing and implementing new applications in the database environment
• Develops and implements policies and procedures related to data security and integrity
• Have PostgresSQL experience -
• Oracle
• Liquibase
• Database Design
• Performance tuning
• Disaster Recovery
• Replication
• PL/SQL
• PL/pgSQL - - - - - Desired Experience: -
  • VA Legacy Systems
  • VA Experience -
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Program Experience - Requirements:
    • Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Dual Citizen.
    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering / technical discipline and minimum of five -(5) years of experience. eight -(8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

As required by local law, Morgan 6 provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as follows: California $80,000 - $160,000 Colorado -$80,000 - $160,000 New York City -$80,000 - $160,000 Washington$80,000 - $160,000
