Job Family:Digital ConsultingTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:This position requires the individual to provide planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization and coordination of technical activities related to dashboard development with multiple stakeholders. Accountable to business and technology management for end-to-end application scoping, planning, development and delivery that meets and exceeds quality standards. Our professionals help our clients to harness their data to transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve efficiency of operations, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Our professionals need to work across multiple solution systems for the business with existing client systems.What You Will Need: -The contractual requirements for this position require the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen.The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting development and maintenance of business intelligence reports utilizing a variety of platforms. Experience performing similar development and maintenance of reports/dashboards in federal agencies. The candidate will provide oversight and be accountable for quality of services and deliverables. - - - - - - - -5+ years of experience working directly with OBIEE (both at the report level and -Oracle BI Repository (RPD) level) - - - - - - - -Perform data model design and implementation - - - - - - - -Data experience (data architecture, data modeling, data engineering) - - - - - - - -3+ years' experience with writing and debugging SQL queries - - - - - - - -Have proven experience in visual analytics best practices, development processes, and knowledge of typical BI & analytics tools and technologies (OBIEE, Power BI etc.) - - - - - - - -Ability to integrate reporting components from multiple data sources - - - - - - - -Effective analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills - - - - - - - -Ability to work concurrently across multiple technologies (e.g. OBIEE, Power BI) depending upon specific needs of the client - - - - - - - -Ability to manage multiple parallel assignments and meet specified milestones - - - - - - - -Experience in optimizing dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization - - - - - - - -Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards - - - - - - - -Provides technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to owners - - - - - - - -Ensures delivered solutions meets technical and functional/non-functional performance requirements within - - - - - - - -Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to project manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities - - - - - - - -Clearly communicate Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable to meet the expectations - - - - - - - -Client-facing experience in a consulting environment among mid-level to senior leadership - - - - - - - -Fantastic communicator at all levels - - - - - - - -Passionate about data visualization - - - - - - - -Ability to perform training and mentorshipDegree: - - - - - - - -Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college or university - - - - - - - -OBIEE certificationWhat Would Be Nice To Have: - - - - - - - -Public Trust Clearance is a plus - - - - - - - -Prior Experience with Informatica is a plus - - - - - - - -Prior experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus - - - - - - - -Experience working in federal environment - - - - - - - -Experience utilizing an issue tracking software such as JIRAThe annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00.
