Do:Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for Salesforce Developers
in a high-growth practice. - You will be a key contributor on the
consulting team that designs innovative solutions on the Salesforce
platform, and will ensure successful engagements and project
delivery. - You will work closely with the Solution Architect,
Technical architect, business analysts and other members of the
delivery team. This role requires a strong foundation in Salesforce
coding, custom integrations and LWC framework. -Key
Responsibilities include: -
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of overall SFDC
architecture and platform
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources,
reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,
abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding,
and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce
applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL, SOAP
and REST Web Services
- Integrate with on-premise and cloud-based systems using
Salesforce and third-party APIs
- Execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox
to production
- Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as
Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow
- Interact directly with clients and the Guidehouse delivery team
to ensure customer success
- Develop strategic accelerators on the force.com platform
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps
in Salesforce Applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation including process
documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce
policies/procedures
- Evaluate, install and administer AppExchange applications
- Participate in Managed Service projects when development or
code modification is requiredWhat You Will Need:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development in LWC and
Apex & experience with Integrations
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration
with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk
APIs or Any Tool/ESB (Informatica/MuleSoft/Cast-iron).
- Expert level knowledge in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows,
VF Pages and strong expertise on building complex LWC's, leveraging
JavaScript, CSS and Aura framework
- Expert level experience in REST, SOAP, Bulk API and hands on
experience in designing and developing complex integrations between
salesforce and third party applications
- Understanding to Salesforce object model, governor limits and
best practices
- Complement hands-on experience with Front end languages and
backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Data loader,
Visualforce, Lightning Framework, API's JavaScript, HTML5, and
CSS).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great teamwork and collaboration skills
- The successful candidate must not be subject to employment

- This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40
hours of work per week.
- Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard
Hours.What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience in "Big 4" or equivalent established consulting firm
and/or Salesforce Platinum partner highly desired
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is
preferred
- Experience with public sector clients preferred
- Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
- Demonstrable experience in at least one of: Health Cloud,
Marketing Cloud, SalesforceMaps (MapAnything), Field Service
Lightning, and Mulesoft highly desiredThe annual salary range for
this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions
depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to
skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure
and certifications, and other business and organizational
