Job Description:
Koniag Government Service, is looking for a highly qualified,
experienced, and self-motivated individual with a Top-Secret
Clearance to perform the duties of an Engineer-Linux to support KGS
in Vienna, VA. We offer competitive compensation and an

Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not
limited to: Serve as Lead and Subject Matter Expert to design,
implement, configure and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6,
7 and 8 administrations (including LDAP, performance, clustering,
virtualization) to include Satellite Server, Directory Services,
Ansible, Ansible Tower, JBOSS, and OpenJDK. Ensure coordination
and/or collaboration on Linux related security activities. Plan,
create, test, tune, configure and maintain the RHEL environment
across all enclaves. Implement, configure and support RHEL
Kickstart in accordance with standards and project/operational
requirements. Implement, configure and support RHEL Satellite
Server. Develop and maintain installation and configuration
procedures for production and development systems. Implement RHEL
Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Write
documentation and implementation plans detailing the security
posture and the proper security configuration of new software and
hardware. Work with security team to evaluate new projects for
FISMA and NIST requirements and coordinate with ITU Information
Assurance team in STIG, recommending and if approved implementing,
security measures needed prior to introducing new systems into the
production environment. Coordinate team resources to diagnose and
resolve operational issues that involve possible security threats,
working closely with ITU Information Assurance team. Work
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 3+ years related
experience Must have Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
certification. Prefer Knowledge of and skill in implementing NoSQL.
Prefer Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification. Bachelor's
degree in related field Working Environment & Conditions This job
operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level
of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets
and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent
with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low
to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use
hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach
with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the
incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must
be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate
amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and
