Job Description MAC Systems Administrator Job Responsibilities and Duties: Troubleshoot variety of software applications on Mac OSX Install approved requested software for Mac's Administer Raster Image Processor (RIP) server for specialized printing Manage the printer servers Analyze and remediate client side infections with a variety of anti-virus applications Handle escalated service requests for hardware support Create and maintain OSX images Lead Mac hardware deployments Experience in Remote in access (ARD) Experience working with Casper suite Knowledge/skills: Excellent customer service skills Knowledge in Microsoft and OSX business applications Proficient knowledge in Windows OS and Mac OSX Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify, research, and resolve simple to moderately complex technical support issues independently Experience: 3 - 5 Years Relevant Experience Education and Certification: A certification Desired Shift information: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Employee must work on-site We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
