Job Description:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY: Proposal Developer (PROP-22-0808-F):
*Telework will be considered for all candidates. Reporting to a
Bowhead office is also available.* Bowhead is hiring a Proposal
Developer to support Proposal Managers in proposal efforts.This
includes researching databases and various sources for proposal
input, support formatting, editing, and verifying proposal
information and to support printing, and delivery for hard-copy
proposal submissions; on-site performance is required for
coordination across departments, and delivery for printing and
submission. Essential functions will include: ---Supporting
Proposal Managers in proposal efforts. ---Responsibility for final
design and design compliance of all proposals, and inventory,
ordering, coordination across departments, and delivery for
printing and submission. ---Supporting formatting, printing, and
delivery for hard-copy proposal submissions. ---Checking and
reserving stock and order proposal supplies; processing Costpoint
orders and coordinating receipt so that invoice payments can be
made. ---Researching databases and various sources for proposal
input; extracting and verifying information, and capturing it in
various MS Office formats. ---Ensuring technical documentation
adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and
style. Requirements In accordance with Executive Order 14042:

received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. *Telework
will be considered for all candidates. Reporting to a Bowhead
office is also available.* ---Bachelor's degree with 3+ years'
experience; or may be substituted by combination of education and
work experience equal to 5+ years' of directly related experience.
---Five (5) years' experience in in Microsoft Office software suite
- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. ---Solid planning skills and
time management; excellent communications skills (oral and
written); organizational and interpersonal skills; independence,
composure, and strategic thinking. ---Strong interpersonal skills
and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a
team. DESIRED SKILLS: ---Shipley training preferred ---Privia
experience preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: There are currently
no Security Clearance requirements for this position; however,
candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Due to the location of this work, US Citizenship is required.
