Essential Duties:+ Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems (mainframe, mini, or client/server based)+ Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs systems capacity analysis and planning+ Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.+ Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.+ BA/BS in Computer Science, information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics+ Security+ Certification required.Preferred Qualifications:+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
