We are looking for a senior recruiter to join the IT & Product Development Talent Acquisition team to be based in Washington, DC. They will be responsible for attracting top talent to CoStar Group while operating with flawless candidate and client execution. As an experience recruiter, you will play a role in achieving CoStar business objectives by bringing top talent to the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with IT & Product Development professionals for future talent pipelines. Senior recruiters will operate as a key contact for hiring managers and will partner with HR Business Partners and the Learning and Development team to ensure effective on-boarding to maximize new hires success. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. As CoStar continues to grow and develop, so does our Recruiting organization, so in this role, you will also be an integral part of developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and helping the organization adapt to those processes.
Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline from target organizations, develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively.
  • You have a drive for results, are inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates, and are a strong relationship builder;
  • Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft.
  • Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and are able to build and grow talent networks.
    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor degree required
    • At least 3+ years of experience in either a corporate or agency recruiting environment (a mix of both is preferred)
