Coast Mortgage is seeking a Systems Administrator to help oversee
IT infrastructure's day-to-day maintenance and improve existing
services and integrations. This team would work with a group of
System administrators, reporting directly to the CIO and supporting
escalations from other teams within the technology department.
Candidates must be proficient in Windows Server and VMware
environments, working with and supporting standard tools such as
MDT/WDS, Office 365, Mimecast, Veeam, and remote monitoring and
management tools like ConnectWise Automate (Labtech) and PRTG.
Duties:Oversees and manages VMware infrastructure, Nimble storage
systems, Active Directory, GPOs, Windows Servers, Network equipment
configuration and administration (Routers, Switches, Wireless),
network health/utilization monitoring and reporting, and hosted
services such as Office 365, PRTG, and Okta.Apply patches, security
fixes, and firmware updates to equipment and operating systems.
Perform backup and recovery tests regularly. Requirements:Basic
programming skills (PowerShell, VBS, .Net)Exceptional
troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication
skills, both verbal and written.Ability to communicate technical
information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of
end-usersAbility to work independently and manage multiple
priorities and tasksParticipate in on-call rotationKnowledge of
Cisco switches and ASA'sExperience with the following:
