Business Analyst - TechnicalJob Description & what you will doCounterpointe Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager who will be able to work either remotely. Applicants should have at least 4 years of on-the-job problem-solving experience as well as experience working in fast paced teams and facing clients.Partner with clients to elicit and understand business needs, elaborate business processes and define the scope of work to be accomplished in each engagement. Become an expert in existing solutions in order to perform gap analyses that map business needs to deliverables for the purpose of making both tactical and strategic recommendations to project teams. Collaborate with project leadership to perform a variety of project functions such as monitoring and control, risk management, change management, client communication and others. Translate and document functional requirements in close partnership with technical members of the delivery team through user stories and scenarios and participate in internal design sessions aimed at converting these business needs to technical solutions.
