Job Description:

Vibrent, a rapidly growing health-tech company, is looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys technology and has a passion for delivery using Agile Software development methodologies. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who has the confidence and desire to work with product development teams. Responsibilities

• Be an active member of an Agile team by participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, software development and code reviews.
• Engage with Product owners to develop stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience on Java J2EE technology stack including but not limited to Spring, Hibernate, and Spring MVC
• Experience with container/orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Must have a strong understanding of software development principles and practices. Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience building large-scale service layer applications using Microservices design patterns with Spring/Spring Boot
  • Java Programming experience with Ability to read and understand existing code.
  • Experience with application development and production support.
  • Experience with monitoring tool such as ELK
  • Experience with Spring, Spring REST is preferred.
  • Experience with Kafka, MySQL and Redis (would be plus)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (big plus)
  • Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
  • Experience or understanding of building several of the following types of services:
    • Workflow Orchestration
    • Event Driven State Machines
    • Rules Engine
    • Distributed Transaction Queues
    • Data Streams
    • Analytics
