Service Desk Associate:
Title: Service Desk Associate
Roles: 2 - DC / NYC
Rate: $30 - $35/hr. Pay, Upon Conversion- Salary would be in the
Length: 6 months Contract to Hire.
Location: Washington DC & NYC
Our Client is in need of 2 Service Desk Associates immediately.
One person will be in DC while the second will be in or New York
Desk Top Support - 75% Windows & 25% Apple support
- 3 ? 5 years? experience in a Service Desk environment
- Windows 7 support 3 -4 years (MCSA Windows 7 preferred)
- MAC support (Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- SCCM familiarity
- ITIL Foundations
- Mobile phone support (MACD?s) is an asset. E.g. working with
provider to change plans or order phones
- Cisco IP Phone support is an asset. They are a complete VoIP shop
so call manager experience would be great.
- AV/VTC experience is a plus.
- Worked in a high end and demanding support environment like law
firms, consulting firms or the big finance houses.
- Impeccable soft and communication skills (very polished)
- Willing to work in a business attired environment (Suit and Tie
and Dress Suits)
- Confirmed background and credit checks by recruiter before offer
can be made
Notes from Client:
Ideally, they prefer candidates that have worked mostly in the
commercial space instead of government.
He would be 75% Windows & 25% Apple support.
The potential to convert full-time is available after 6 months for
the right person.
Salary would be in the 70k range.
Interview Process will be as follows:
1st Round Interview: Phone with Head of IT Support
2nd Round Interview: F2F with Head of It Support & the CIO.
