The duties of this position include:In this position, you will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Compensation) providing technical assistance to managers, supervisors, and staff on compensation issues.Typical assignments include:
- Participating in studies and projects involving program development, evaluation, and/or operations including analysis of compensation levels and trends.
- Serving as a technical expert on pay setting and payroll.
- Advise on setting and adjusting pay for new and continuing employees.
- Performing Quality Review of payroll actions and information to identify and resolve pay setting errors.
