government forward! Position Description The Change Management
Practitioner will play a key role in ensuring projects change
initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing
employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people
side of change – including changes to business processes, systems
and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary
responsibility will be creating and implementing communications and
training material to support the change management strategy. While
the Change Management Specialist does not have supervisory
responsibility, this person will have to work through many others
in the organization to succeed. May also provide direct support and
coaching with supervisor to frontline managers and supervisors as
they help their direct reports through transitions.
Responsibilities: Develop targeted communications and training
materials Deliver training via classroom or virtual forums Support
other organizational change management activities as needed Assist
in coaching project teams Support communication efforts, training
efforts, engaging senior leaders and organizational design and
definition of roles and responsibilities Coordinate efforts with
other specialists Evaluate and ensure user readiness Here's what
you need: 1 year of experience supporting Change Management
activities with federal agencies Bonus points if you have: 5 years
of experience supporting Change Management activities with federal
agencies Experience in engaging stakeholders Experience drafting
monthly newsletters Experience drafting training material Ability
to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to
establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to be flexible
and adaptable and work in ambiguous situations Forward-looking with
a holistic approach Experience with ServiceNow Platform ServiceNow
certification like CSA Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance

Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles
based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York,
Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of
Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations
is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal
Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but
not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of
experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of

apply. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey,
