Job Description The firm is seeking a Workplace Engagement and Legal Personnel Coordinator in its Washington, DC, office to support diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Directors of Workplace Engagement and Legal Personnel, the role involves coordinating affinity group activities, implementing engagement programs, and assisting with recruitment and mentorship efforts. The coordinator will analyze and measure the effectiveness of initiatives, respond to RFPs, and manage inclusion-related data. Responsibilities also include organizing internal events like heritage celebrations and speaker series, maintaining engagement intranet and social media content, and supporting membership and sponsorship activities. Additionally, the role manages the Lewis M. Rose Scholarship, oversees intern programs, and collaborates with HR on inclusion strategies across offices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience, strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple projects discreetly. Salary ranges from $62,000 to $75,000 for candidates residing in or working in Washington, D.C., with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and market data.
