We are seeking an HR and Training Director to join our team, for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and continued growth. This role will be a key advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a passion for building a high-performing team and maintaining our high standards of workplace culture.The Director will play a pivotal role in new employee onboarding and training, and supporting employee growth development. Candidates need to be detail-oriented, familiar with government regulatory compliance.Job Responsibilities - Talent acquisition & management from recruiting, sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the full-cycle onboarding process, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires - Benefits program management - Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. - Learning & development leader

    • Develop and deliver orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture and expectations
    • Create and maintain onboarding materials, ensuring they reflect current practices and compliance requirements
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and deliver relevant, impactful solutions - HR Operations & Technology - oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, and benefits administration. Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquires related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns - Foster a positive work environment - Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborate workplace culture - Leadership advisor for executive teamOrganizational AlignmentThis position works closely with the Four Inc. leadership and will report to the CEO.Required Skills/Qualifications - Bachelor Degree from four-year College or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field - 4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding/training and compliance - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations for small to medium sized organizations - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a hybrid team - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - Ability to address employee concerns with discretion and professionalism - HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
