AMFM Healthcare is looking for Mental Health Technicians/Client
Coordinators to provide superior care for our behavioral health
clients in our residential facilities located in Fairfax County,
VA. AMFM Healthcare is a behavioral health company that operates a
residential level of care for adults with substance use disorder

Coordinators to compassionately support and mentor our clients

$19.00-$23.00/hour depending on education and

Wellness Membership.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates and
transports clients safely to all daily activities, ensuring the
clients arrive on time to all scheduled activities, and ensures
participant safety.Utilizes intervention and communication skills
in working with clients, their families and significant others
daily and in crisis.Rigorously adheres to all Joint Commission
policies and procedures, including Waived Testing, Infection
Prevention and Control, as well as Emergency Management and
Environment of Care procedures.Proficiently navigate and utilize
the BestNotes electronic health record system to document client
activities effectivelyCollaborate with the program nurse and
clinical team regarding medication management, and monitor and
report client behavior with medication side effects. Monitor and
document client self-administration medications while coaching
clients in self-management and documenting medications in
accordance with the organizations policy on medication use.Maintain
the integrity of the residences, ensuring optimal cleanliness at
all times and keeping the area hygienic.Facilitate recovery and
clinically indicated activities and groups according to
organization policy and document into the electronic health
record.Conduct observation rounds, as needed to ensure client
safety, and document client behavior and participation in
treatment. Effectively and correctly report these in daily
passdowns.Responsible for client attendance of daily recovery
activities as scheduled.Conduct orientation to new residents,
including reviewing safety drills and locations of fire
extinguishers, emergency evacuation diagrams, exit routes,
evacuation procedures, and first-aid kitsRequired skills and
qualifications:Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background
check with the Federal Department of Justice (Field Print).Ability
to get on Company Vehicle Insurance: Current valid Drivers License
with 4+ years of continuous driving history without any major
traffic violations, at least 21 years of age. Driving experience
under a Learner's Permit or Provisional does not count towards
driving history.Education Requirements: Minimum of a High School
diploma or equivalent.AMFM Healthcare is committed to providing
