Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS
PARTNER for a manufacturing client. This is a fully REMOTE
role.This job will have the following responsibilities:Lead career
development, succession planning, performance management cycle,
leadership development and culture initiativesIdentify and
implement strategies that enable the organization to perform and
scale effectivelyLeverage technology and analytics in workforce
planningGuide leaders in managing performance and addressing
employee concernsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree
from an accredited college or University is requiredSHRM or PHR
certification a plus7+ years' HR experience supporting functions
such as finance/accounting, sales, HR, legal, or leadershipReliable
knowledge of State and Federal employment lawStrong strategic
mindset and project experienceAbility to operate with a high level
of autonomyOpen to travel domestically
