As the HR Manager at this international law firm, you will bring your HR expertise into daily HR processes, including but not limited to, sourcing, hiring and onboarding new hires, payroll and benefits administration, performance evaluations, training and development, and troubleshooting general policies and employee concerns.   • Manage recruitment process through reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and extending offers.
  • Execute onboarding process for all new employees and manage annual review process.
  • Upload new hire forms and manage files in talent acquisition software system.
  • Ensure company compliance to include employee handbook overview, policies, employment documents, and benefit enrollment.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration for a staff of around 100 people; answer questions regarding eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information.
  • Devote energy to studying market trends, surveys and evaluate needed internal adjustments.
  • Take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary, implement and monitor employee improvement plans and evaluation processes.
  • Provide departmental support across the firm as a trusted liaison with vendors, suppliers and external contacts.About the Culture:

      • Knowledgeable. You have a minimum of seven years of HR experience on a busy team with a bachelor's degree in hand.

      • Embrace technology. You possess strong MS Office skills, you're familiar with HRIS systems and you can learn new systems quickly.
